As a company incorporated under the laws of the Republik Indonesia, Indogas must adhere and comply to all the regulations imposed by the govenrment.

Indogas operations are regulated under the Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Minerel (ESDM) or Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Other regulations related to Indogas’s operations have also been complied with by Indogas as a form of compliance with regulations.

The licenses currently held for Indogas operations are:

1. Izin Usaha Niaga Gas Bumi Melalui Pipa no. 411/1/IU-PB/ESDM/PMDN/2024, dated 10 October 2024.
2. Izin Usaha Sementara Niaga CNG No. 62/A.8/MIGAS/2024, dated 12 July 2024.
3. Hak Khusus Niaga Minyak Dan Gas Bumi No. 36/KD/BPH MIGAS/KOM/2024, dated 24 Juni 2024.
